She was predeceased by : her mother Amy Jarvis (Laffoon); her children, Sheila Baseden and Steven Hess; her father Robert Henry Jarvis; her granddaughter April Holts; her great grandchild Cheyenne; and her siblings, Cecil Jarvis, George Andrew Jarvis, James Jarvis, Robert Jarvis, Pearl Younkin, Violet Mae Jarvis, Betty Jean Jarvis, Shirley Schaefer and Patricia Jarvis.

She is survived by : her daughter Dana Gulley-Lantrip; her grandchildren, Jeremy Hess, Michael Hess, Dustin Gulley, Christopher Perruquet and Amy Grant; and her great grandchildren, Austin Hess, Brennen Hess, Cayden Grant, Harper and Paityn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
