Richard A. Pearce Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard A. Pearce of Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on October 12, 2025 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard A. Pearce to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. "Shine" Pearce and Jessie R. Pearce (Reames); and his nephew Matthew Price. He is survived by: his children, Leah Pearce of Herrin, Tyler (Becky Pearce) and Cassie (Mike Yates); his grandchildren, Brycen Yates and Charlee Pearce; and his sisters, Cherrill Price of St. Charles, MO, Sue (Johnnie Shirley), Patty (Randy Elliott) and Janie Pearce of Hendersonville, TN. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the West Monroe Apostolic Church (1609 W Monroe St, Herrin, IL 62948). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses; envelopes will be available at the church.
