With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald E. Odle of Herrin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 27, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his son Brandon Odle (Hannah Grow) of Herrin; his granddaughter Angelica of Indiana; his brother John; his sister-in-law Sally Odle of West Frankfort, IL; his mother-in-law Betty Stearns of Herrin; his siblings-in-law, Penny Sue of Energy and Floyd Poff of Ft. Worth, TX; his adoptive daughter Candance (Caleb Stroud); his brother Wayne Allen of Herrin; his friends, John and Sandy Vaughn; his nieces and nephews, Dan, Jamie Odle, Missy Odle, Stephanie Allen, John Michael, Stephany Odle, Kim, Tyler Howard, Maribeth, Caleb Trexler, Hannah Poff and Andrew Poff; and his parent Camila Hilderbrand. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews; and many cousins and friends.
