He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Lawrence and Glenda C. Lawrence (Pullum); his son Michael Pumfrey; and his uncle Paul Kerley. He is survived by: his children, Brandy Lawrence, Kelley Taborn (Gary), Megan Musgrave, Elijah Napoli (Tyler), Joshua Hatfield, Dustin Hatfield and Amber Glotfelty; and his siblings, Robin Lawrence-Leganski, Darla Beers (David), Peggy Kerley, Tony Lawrence (Toni) and Freddy Lawrence (Fran). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Riggin-Pillatsch & Burke Funeral Home (322 N Division St, Carterville, IL 62918). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to help offset expenses.
