He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jason and Madeline Ezell (Cheatham); and his brother Freddy Roy Ezell. He is survived by: his son Stanley Jason Ezell of De Soto; and his brother Johnny Ezell (Sharon) of Herrin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home (201 S 13th St, Herrin, IL 62948). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
To honor Stan's love of nature, the family requests memorials be made in the form of planting a tree in his memory.
