He is survived by: his sons, Cory Fozzard of Florida and Charlie Fozzard of Florida; his siblings, Terri Lynn Barbaro of Staunton, Cindi Nauman of Herrin and Brian Fozzard of Roanoke, VA.; and his nephew Cody Fozzard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
