He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lee and Ruby Jewell Dwyer (Padgett). He is survived by: his children, Kelli Rogers (Jay) of Albuquerque, Michael Dwyer (Kirsten) of Alexandria, Virginia and Kiereney Ausmus (Billy) of Herrin; his grandsons, Calvin Rogers, Grayson Dwyer and Logan Dwyer; and his siblings, Richard Dwyer, Jane Turner, Carlene Wilson, Pamela Sims and George Branch.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Herrin United Methodist Church (301 S 16th St, Herrin, IL 62948).
Memorial contributions may be directed to any local animal shelter or humane society of the donor's choice, a cause that was very dear to Bill.
