He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Jepsen and Vivian Jepsen (Benoche); his daughter Denise Jepsen-Blake; his siblings, Francis Jepsen and Constance; and his brother-in-law Walt Schall.

He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Jepsen of Herscher; his children, Paul (Carol Jepsen), Raymond (Deborah Jepsen) and Patricia; his son-in-law John Glab of Somonauk; his grandchildren, Francis Jepsen (Jennifer), Zachary Jepsen (Hannah), Denali Luevano (Joseph), Elizabeth Jepsen, Ryan Blake, Sara Glab and Lucas Glab; his stepgranddaughter Lauren Fuhr (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Evelyn Jepsen and Annie Jepsen; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Ainsley Fuhr.
