He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Merten of Herscher; his children, Lesa M. Clough (Mark) of Madison, AL, Victoria L. Klaman (Tom) of Chattanooga, TN and Michael A. Hebert (Kelly) of Aroma Park; his grandchildren, Joshua Surber, William Surber, Chandler Clough (Hannah), Lucas Hebert and Nolan Hebert; and his great grandchild Ava Surber.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
