He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Dermott Bauer and Leo Bauer; his wife Lois; his brother Roland Bauer; and his friend Shirley Berger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jayne Raef (Michael) and Joan Miner; his grandchildren, Marie Dersien (Todd), Charles Raef, Jay Miner (Trena), Gregg Miner Jr., Eliza Fair (Derrick), Angela Quinn (Patrick) and Lucas Miner; and his siblings, Marilyn Ramsey and Keith Bauer. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
