She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ballard and Elizabeth Ballard (Knisley); her son Barry Motley; her brother Donald Ballard; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Ballard.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Motley; her children, Bryan Motley (Jackie) of Palmyra and Tracy Koster (Dan) of Carlinville; her grandsons, Lucas Motley (Kaitlyn) of Granite City, Blake Motley of Hettick, Ryan Koster of Carlinville and George Koster of Carlinville; and her siblings, Larry Joe Ballard of Carrollton, Kirby Ballard (Peggy) of Carrollton and Eva McClenning (Lewis) of White Hall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
