She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcel Comte and Ellen Comte (Wolf); and her siblings, Timothy Comte, Marcel "Mac" Comte, Barbara Fleesen and Pamela Comte.
She is survived by: her husband Steve; her sons, Bryan Heitz of Heyworth, Brad Heitz of Celina and Jason Heitz of Normal; her stepchildren, Erin Kundell of Portland and Casey Barkmeier; and her grandchildren, Amber Heitz, Braden Heitz, Alexandria Heitz, Bentley Heitz, Jade Barkmeier, Adeline Barkmeier and Bernadette Sue Kundell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sterile Feral Foundation of Central Illinois, McLean County Animal Services, OSF Peace Meal or the organization of your choice, in Sue's memory.
