She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Puthenveetil and Angela Puthenveetil. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Spanier-Stiasny (David Stiasny); her grandchildren, Aaron and Micah Stiasny; and her siblings, Jos Anthony Puthenveetil (Tresa), John Puthenveetil (Rani), Stanley Puthenveetil (Lovely), James Puthenveetil (Suja), Mercy Chirayil (Tomy), Flossy Vennikandam (George) and Tessy Puthenveetil. She is also survived by 19 nephews and nieces.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
