Though Dale may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dale touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Penny Miotti-Galassie; his children, Alexis (Chekouras), Jordan (McCarthy) and Courtney (Mixter); and his grandchildren, Stella, Maggie, Lucy, Colin and Grayson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kelley & Spalding Funeral Home (1787 Deerfield Rd, Highland Park, IL 60035). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Mary's Catholic Church (175 E Illinois Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045).
