He is survived by: his wife Laura Ugolini; his children, Mark Ugolini of Deerfield, Dominic Ugolini Jr. (Rebecca) of Highwood and Barbara Cizek (Christopher) of Highwood; and his grandchildren, Talia Mitzen (Mikayla) of Wheeling, Matthew of Glenview, Shayli of Deerfield, Dominic III, Alex of Highland Park, Isabella of Highland Park, Brittany Degl'Innocenti (Christopher) of Grayslake and Christopher Cizek of Lake Forest.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Misericordia Heart of Mercy would be greatly appreciated.
