We are sad to announce that, on October 20, 2020, at the age of 94, Matthew Lassen (Highland Park, Illinois), born in Warsaw, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Adela Winikaitis; his daughters, Christine Bertrand and Karen Britten Wecker; his grandchildren, Eric, Scott Bertrand, Chelsea and David Britten; his great grandchildren, Carter and Theodore Bertrand; Richard, Jeff, Marritt and Kristin.

In deference to the Covid-19 pandemic, the funeral gathering in Chicago will be very small.
