He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Bernsen (Mines) and Mandell Bernsen. He is survived by: his wife Adrienne Katz (Skookie); and his great grandchildren, Gavriel, Zara Zimmerman, Oscar Tompkins Brook and Aviva Serpico Brook.
