He was predeceased by: his parents, Arne Dahlgren and Ruth Dahlgren; his wife Cheryl Ann Dahlgren; and his siblings, Leo Dahlgren and Jean Dahlgren-Greene.
He is survived by: his sons, Arne Dahlgren, Jr. (Barb Lash) of Canton, IL and Adam Dahlgren (Sarah) of Collinsville, IL; his sister Helen Dahlgren-Jacobson of Westerly, RI; his daughter-in-law Angie Dahlgren of Troy, IL; his grandchildren, Sara Anderson (Michael) of Troy, IL, Alexzandrea "Alex" Dahlgren of Troy, IL, Samantha of Collinsville, IL and Nathan Crofutt of Collinsville, IL; his great grandchildren, Issac Dahlgren, Lilyann, Brinely Gills of Troy, IL and Camdyn Crofutt of Collinsville, IL; and his close friends, James "Jimmy" Cook of Westerly, RI and Rick Gaddis of Troy, IL. He is also survived by brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews.
