He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Kutz Sr. and John Kutz; his wife Toby Kutz; his son Kyle Kutz; his siblings, John Kutz Jr., Barbara Kutz, Margaret Jakel and Danny Kutz; and his brother-in-law Steve Thornton.

He is survived by: his children, Amy Kutz, Sarah Jett (Nick), Lindsey Jackson (David) and Connor Kutz (Desiree Hall); his grandchildren, Timmy Iberg (Shani), Karley Iberg, Natalie Iberg, Jayden Thomas, Madyson Jett, Macy Jett, Brantley Jackson, Dierks Jackson, Cruz Jackson, Presley Jackson and Kayden Kutz; his great grandchildren, Addilyn Iberg and Kyler Iberg; his former wife Vicky West; his siblings, Melanie Steiner (Duane), Bill Kutz (Sheila), Mary Sue Kutz, Ann "Dolly" Thornton, Joe Kutz (Sam), Elizabeth "Liz" Kutz and Linda Wiese (Garry Werner); and his siblings-in-law, Bob Jakel, Howard Davis Jr. (Rebecca), Karen Hicks (Ronnie) and Diane Kutz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
