She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Federer and Estella Federer; her husband Ott; and her daughter Karen Yergler. She is survived by: her children, Jerome Geiger (Becky) of Hendersonville, TN, Daniel Geiger of Highland, IL, Steve "Jake" Geiger (Dena) of Alhambra, IL, Sue Gray (Eric) of Geneseo, IL and Barb Schumacher (Dan) of Buckley, IL; and her son-in-law Dave Yergler of Metamora, IL. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the University of Illinois Foundation—College of ACES, and the Illinois Right to Life.
