He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Seabaugh and Helen Seabaugh; and his brother-in-law Paul Brown. He is survived by: his wife Linda Seabaugh of Highland, IL; his children, David Seabaugh (Ruth) of Elmhurst, IL and Teresa Toolen (Timothy) of Waterloo, IL; his grandchildren, Josiah Seabaugh (Kayla), Daniel Seabaugh, Elijah Seabaugh, Samuel Seabaugh and Thomas Toolen; and his siblings, Carol Brown, Alan Seabaugh (Shirley) and Darrel Seabaugh (Jacqueline). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
