He is survived by: his wife Margaret Wallace; his daughter Lisa Conner-Wallace; his grandchildren, Alan Wallace, Ryan Wallace, Megan Wallace, Roshelle Walters and Brittane Wallace; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Chase, Cam, Jameson and Stella; and his sister Bette Moore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Oak Brook Golf Course in Edwardsville, IL.
