She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary A. Myers and Sarah Joann Hurt Myers; and her grandparents, Walter and Lola Hurt. She is survived by: her husband Michael Evans; her children, Stacie Black (William) of Highland and Curtis Evans of Highland; her granddaughter Haley Black; and her siblings, Barb Price (R. V.) and Randy Myers of White Hall.
