He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Drda; his wife Arlene E. "Sis" Drda; his father Joseph T. Drda; his siblings, Francis A. Drda (Ellen), Cecelia M. "Cele" Zeller (Harry), Joseph D. Drda (Ione) and Leona M. Rutz (Dale); his parents-in-law, Albert and Pearl Bauer; and his brother-in-law Arvel Bauer (Kathryn).
He is survived by: his children, Linda L. Drda, Robert A. Drda (Marilyn) of Highland, IL, Cheryl A. Drda and JD; his granddaughter Kristi L. Drda; and his great grandchild Madison R. McPherson of Winter Garden, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions to be made to Highland Home (1600 Walnut St., Highland, IL 62249) or the Donor's charity of choice.
