He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Elmore; his children, Jillana M. Zipfel (Kenneth Ferkel), Todd R. Zipfel (Nicole), Jennifer Zipfel Helgeson and Heather A. Rodriguez (Jose); his grandchildren, Lillian Jarman, Kathryn Jarman, Elizabeth Helgeson, Tanner Rodriguez and Isabella Rodriguez; and his sister Marilyn Boehne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the George Renner & Sons Funeral Home (120 N Illinois St, Belleville, IL 62220). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
