He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Chase; his children, Matthew Chase (Shannon) of Pocahontas, David Chase of California, Christopher Williams of Tampa, Florida and Jennifer Klein (Morgan) of Tampa, Florida; his granddaughters, Annalee Chase, Averie Chase, Malu Klein and Milan Klein; his sister Debbie Lile (Larry) of Greenville, Illinois; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Simma of Greenville, Illinois. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
