With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sandra A. Stroff of Highland, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold H. Cook and Mildred M. Cook; her husband Charles "Nick" Stroff; and her grandparents, Harold and Kate Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Dana S. Rakers (Ronald J.), Charles N. "Bud" Stroff, III (Shelly King-Stroff) and Clayton A. Stroff (Emily Korte-Stroff); her grandchildren, Jacob I. Rakers (Krysten), Zachary A. Rakers (Kristine), Rachel N. Simmons, Shain R. Stroff, Tara C. Spitze (Todd), Cody L. Stroff and Zenga M. Stroff; and her great grandchildren, Zane Rakers, Trent Spitze, Renn Rakers, Trace Spitze, Cale Rakers, Tayla Spitze, Rochelle Rakers and Callista Simmons.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evangelical United Church of Christ (2520 Poplar St, Highland, IL 62249). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Marine Library or Meals on Wheels - Highland.
