She was predeceased by : her parents, Austin York and Mary York (Davis); her husband Carl Miller Sr.; her sons, Terry Miller and Ronnie Miller; and her siblings, Margaret Keen, Grace Demontney and Ed Davis.

She is survived by : her children, Carl Miller (Rolanda) of Troy, IL and Valerie (Paul); and her brother John York (Linda) of Stillman Valley, IL.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to San Gabriel Memory Care in Highland, IL, for their care and compassion shown to Shirley over the recent months.
