She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Nicolazzi and Marie Aggazone; her husband Frederick Van Deusen; and her sisters, Anita Roach (late Tom), Dorothy Spradlin (late Donald), Dora Books and Lena Drew (late Frank).
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia M. Stone (Bill); her grandchildren, Kathleen Stone, Lisa Litviak (Joe) and Steve Stone (Sara); and her great grandchildren, Caleigh Stone, Delaney Stone and Kevin Travert. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Seguin & Symonds Funeral Home (858 Sheridan Rd, Highwood, IL 60040). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
