He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; his parents, Ruth Soefker Roemer and Frank Roemer; and his brother David Roemer. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Roemer, Ruth Dukala (John) and Heidi Riley (Scott); his granddaughters, Francesca and Alina; his brother James Roemer (Bonnie); his sister-in-law Mary Roemer; and also Tom.
