With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albert Lee Ellis of Hillsboro, Illinois, born in Pollard, Arkansas, who passed away on October 6, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Wanda Ellis (Ramey); his parents, Julaish Ellis and Verna Ellis (Jaeger); and his brothers, Bobby Charles Ellis, Jay Ellis and Richard Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ellis (Lewis); his siblings, Juanita Robins, Ivan Ellis, Winona Noble (Richie), Sherman Ellis (Tina) and Margaret Meyer (Greg); his sisters-in-law, Janet and Miriam; his children, James Ellis (Brenda), Marianne Ellis, Tamara Bauman (Mark), Troy McCulley and Tracey Bandy (John); and his grandchildren, Austin, Victoria, Cydney (Justin), Will, Samantha (Michael), Tiffany, Jonathan (MaryClaire), Jonah (Mareike), Hope (David), Brian, Jacob (Sydney), Josh and Madison (Austin).
