We are sad to announce that, on November 25, 2025, at the age of 77, Barbara Major of Hillsboro, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Conway and Gretchen Conway (Lipe); and her daughter Gretchen LeAnne Major. She is survived by: her husband Bill Major of Hillsboro; her sons, Steve Major (Dawn) of Hillsboro, Brian Major (Kimberly) of Vandalia, Michael Major (Erica) of The Woodlands, TX and John Major of Hillsboro; her siblings, James C. Conway (Jill) of Hillsboro and Connie Lopinot (Vincent) of Swansea, IL; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Major, Haley Major, Gunnar Major and Harper Major.
