She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry R. Clayton and Bernitia M. Clayton (Ahern); her former husbands, Charles Eickhoff and Howard Ward; her daughter Kay Morrow; and her siblings, Betty Lou, Raymond (Jean), Nelda (Norman) and Anna Belle (Berry).
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Eickhoff (Roxanne) of Lexington, KY., Jo Ann Warrenfeltz (John Clevenger) of Canton, GA., Nancy Lowe (Scott) of Hillsboro, Larry Eickhoff of Butler and Tony Eickhoff (Donna) of Hillsboro; and her sister Jane Nail (Henry) of Litchfield.
