She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul L. Collins and Eileen M. Collins (Redding); her husband Myrl Gurley; her daughters, Cheryl Payne and Vickie Cherry; her grandsons, Matthew and Jacob Huber; her siblings, Larry Collins and Colleen Gates; and her son-in-law Richard Payne.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Eric Huber (Nicole) of Coffeen, Ryan Payne (Kelli Jo) of Auburn, Rachel Payne-Grinolds (Ken) of Chatham, Chris Payne (Alex) of Hillsboro and Caleb Payne (Andrea) of Hillsboro; and her caregiver Judy Ross. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; a few great-great-grandchildren; her nieces and nephews; and other loving family members and friends.
