She was predeceased by: her husband Harold; her son Roger Dworsack; and her siblings, Bud Hankins, Peno Hankins, Mary Hassebrock and Rubye Shipman.

She is survived by: her children, John Dworsack of Mt and Robin Ray of Litchfield; her siblings, Wayne Hankins, Tom Hankins, Jenny Woods, Milly Jett and Clow Jo Osborn; Olive. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
