It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lilly Marie Saathoff of Hillsboro, Illinois, who passed away on June 23, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rouse and Velma Mae Rouse (Sutton); her husband Billy Lee Saathoff, Sr.; her siblings, Charlie, John and Geneva; and also Arthur Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Saathoff (Nancy) of Donnellson, Billy Saathoff (Linda) of Hillsboro, Michael Saathoff (Bobbi) of Hillsboro, Jeffrey Saathoff of Hillsboro and Wendy Gregg (Adam) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Jesse (Chelsea), Alan (Madi Carter), Bailey (Malorie), Hannah, Sara, Jordan (Riley), Tess, Chase, Fletcher, Brooklinn, Keira and Matthew; and her sister Evelyn Pier (Kessler) of Hillsboro. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Taylor Springs Community Building (613 E Main St, Taylor Springs, Hillsboro, IL 62049).
