She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Royer and Juanita Royer (Wall); her son Rex Edgar Segrest; her brother Edgar Royer; and her brother-in-law Larry Banchi.
She is survived by: her husband Rex Segrest; her daughter Eileen Oakley (Mike) of Hillsboro; her granddaughters, Rachel Davis (Jeffrey Jr.), Samantha Bates (Trevor) and Chelsea Saathoff (Jessie); and her siblings, Doris Ondrey (Kenny) of Taylor Springs, Glenda Banchi of Taylor Springs and Darwin Royer (Gail) of Panama. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
