We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Norma Lavaughn Shipman of Hillsboro, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hemken and Mamie Hemken (Fenton); her husband Robert Shipman; and her sisters, Louise Russell and Charlene Butler.

She is survived by: her sons, Rick Shipman, Roger Shipman (Rene) and Rodney Shipman (Juli); and her sister Delores Neathery. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorials in Norma's honor may be directed to the Montgomery County Cancer Association (MCCA).
