He was predeceased by: his parents, James Westbrook and Edith McCaslin Westbrook; and his siblings, Walter, James Westbrook and Maude Lamb.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Betoche; his children, Tony Liebsher (Marcia) and Terry Liebsher (Linda); and his siblings, Robert Westbrook of Hartford Connecticut and Martha Jackson of Witt. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
