It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Ann Roberts of Hillsboro, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Furlow and Norma Furlow (Neal); her daughter Deanna Roberts; her sister Maud (John Belden); and her brothers-in-law, Bob Schmidt and Bob Held.
She is survived by: her husband Denny Roberts of Hillsboro, IL; her daughters, Denise Young (Jerry) and Angie Tefteller of Litchfield, IL; her grandchildren, Devin Tefteller (Kara), Taylor Howard (Ryan), Dalton Tefteller, Gavyn Roberts and Michael Young; her great grandchildren, Brynlee, Everly and Tesley Tefteller; and her sisters, Naomi Schmidt and Mary Held. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Litchfield Family Funeral (700 S State St, Litchfield, IL 62056). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Litchfield Family Funeral Service (700 S State St, Litchfield, IL 62056).
The family has asked that you not send flowers or plant a tree. It was Roberta's wish that memorials be made to Beverly Farms, in Godfrey, IL where Roberta and Denny's grandson Dalton resides.
