He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Koepping and Beatrice Koepping (Knochenmus); his sisters, Marilyn Koepping and Marcella Koepping; and his sisters-in-law, Aleta Dean and Patricia Ernst.
He is survived by: his wife Arlys Ernst; his daughter Dana Hergert (Andy); his grandson Josh Larimer; his pet Savannah; his sister Betty Busch; and his brother-in-law Allen Ernst. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
