Anthony Rocco Scavone Jr. Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anthony Rocco Scavone Jr. (Hillside, Illinois), who passed away on July 7, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Anthony leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Roxanne Bastian (Kyle), Nina Scavone and Anthony R. Scavone III; his father Anthony R. Scavone, Sr.; and his siblings, Ralph Scavone (Sarina), Julie Petschenko (Mike) and Rosemary Terranova (Peter).

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Russo's Hillside Chapels (4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Divine Providence Catholic Church (2550 Mayfair Ave, Westchester, IL 60154).
