She was predeceased by: her husband Michael; her son John Jakubco (Nancy); and her siblings, Dolores Janke, Patsy Letrich, Grant Muraski, Adrienne Knowlton and William.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jayne O'Brien (Daniel), Jo Ann Porter (Jack) and Janice Cartina (Nick); her grandchildren, Nick O'Brien, Danyl Herron (Mike), Michael Porter (Joanna), Lisa Panos (Nick), Jaclyn Porter, Joseph Porter, Meggie Keane (Sean), Katie Underdown (Joe), Kelly Dulaney (Andrew), Allison Jakubco and Jonathan Jakubco (Erin); her great grandchildren, Zoey, Abby, Anna, Avery, Cameron, Sloane, Elaina, Nicholas, Maisie, Donovan, Anthony, Josephine, Aiden, Rudy, June, Millie, Finley and Cooper; and her brother Daniel Muraski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gibbons Funeral Home (134 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (134 Arthur St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A burial was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
