He was predeceased by: his parents, James Falzone and Marge Falzone; his in-laws, Hugo and Lucille DiPasquale; and his brother-in-law Michael DiPasquale.
He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Kristen Falzone Scott (Calvin Scott) and James Falzone (Deanne); his grandchildren, Cara Scott (Joshua Drosos), Brian Scott, Giordana, Josette and Luciano Falzone; his sister Patricia Tomko (Dave Mavrinac); and his siblings-in-law, James DiPasquale and Toni DiPasquale.
