He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Matilda; his grandson Jonathan Qualtier; and his brother Michael Qualtier Jr. Dear. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Qualtier, Joseph Qualtier (Elizabeth) and Philip Qualtier (Laura); his grandchildren, Frank Qualtier III (Emily), Christina Qualtier, Dominique Qualtier, Joseph Henry Qualtier, Madison Qualtier, Gabriella Qualtier and Giovanni Qualtier; his great grandchildren, Anthony Jonathan Qualtier and Dominic Qualtier; his brother Daniel Qualtier (late Joyce); his niece Patricia Cook (late Thomas); and his nephews, Anthony Caruso, Michael Qualtier, Daniel Qualtier and Kenneth Qualtier.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Russo's Hillside Chapels (4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
