He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Williams and Esther Williams; and his sisters, Linda Campbell (late Charles) and Joyce Price (Michael) of Spencer Williams, COL.. He is survived by: his children, Frank Lathen Williams (Diheshia) and Jovan Roberto Williams; his sister Norma J. Mays (Phillip); his nieces and nephews, Leon Williams (Melissa), Kelly Johnson (Jay), Brandon Thomas, Lashawn Mays (Tia), Michael Williams, Keeshia Campbell, Keeanna Price, Vernon Price, Skyler Williams and Chase Williams; his close friend Olivia; Hilda. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
