He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Gibson and Hedwig Bertha Peter; his wife Dorothy F. Anderson; and his son George Peter, Jr. (Susan). He is survived by: his granddaughters, Vanessa Blue and Bhavani Abe; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher and Yoshi; and his sister Jeanette Downes. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
