She was predeceased by: her father James C. Roberts; her husband John E. Penna; her son Peter J. Sopala II; her stepfather Dennis "Poppa" Long; her brother Tony Krentiras; and her nephew Jason C. Wesolek.
She is survived by: her mother Carole Long; her daughter Kristin M. Bowers (Brian); her grandson Peter J. Sopala III; her stepdaughter Kristen Penna (Marvin); her grandson Tyler Guerra; her stepson Danny Penna (Danielle); her grandchildren, Jaden Penna, Mia Penna and Leo Penna; her siblings, Nick Krentiras, Joseph Gattuso, Janice Roberts, Joan Wink (Scott) and Michael J. Roberts (Irene); and her brother-in-law Louis Penna. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
