Jeffrey Joseph Walik Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Joseph Walik (Hillside, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2026 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Walik and Patricia Walik. He is survived by: his fiancée Debra; his children, Samantha (Alistair), Ashlee, Robert, Nicole and Sami; his grandchildren, Owen, Livy and Mallory; and his sister Lisa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory (4001 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Mount Auburn Cemetery (4101 S Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402).
In lieu of flowers, donations to various animal shelters or veterans organizations, causes that were close to Jeff's heart.
