He is survived by : his children, Lidia Toledo (Ismael), Jose Cortez (Rosalina), Eduardo Cortez (Kelly), Jesse Cortez (Rosa), Maribel Estrada (Martin) and Gerardo Cortez (Guadalupe); his grandchildren, Ismael Toledo (Glenda), Erik Toledo (Karina), Judy Eichenberg (Kirk), Michael Toledo, David Cortez (Maria), Jose Cortez (Morgan Danuk), Eric Cortez (Claudia), Robert Cortez (Caron), Carlos Cortez (Caylee), Sophia Henning (Timothy), Christina Montesino (Jose), Clarissa Cortez, Jesse Cortez, Mateo Cortez, Giana Cortez, Andrew Estrada and Mia Estrada; his great grandchildren, Vanessa Browne (Richard), Alessandra, Elijah, Aiyana, Adaleah, Kahlia, Isabella, Josslyn, Jacob, Demetrius, Elvie, Liam and Brady; his great great grandchild Enzo Browne; and his siblings, Carmen Salasar (Jose), Aurelia Garcia (Manuel), Eustacio Cortez (Alicia), Elpidio Cortez (Consuelo), Ester Guillen (Baltasar) and Ramon Cortez (Maria).
